One-bedroom suites at Cape Winds sleep two to four guests. Two-bedroom units accommodate four to six comfortably.

The resort has 34 guest units located in three buildings across the property, each with two floors. Suites located on the second floor are accessible by interior staircase. Cape Winds townhouses feature two levels, with living room, kitchen, dining area and half-bath upstairs, accessed by spiral staircase. All suites offer a variety of layouts.
